Varsha is a Partner and Head of the Bengaluru office of Khaitan Legal Associates. She divides her time between the Mumbai and Bengaluru offices of the firm.
Varsha is a corporate transactional lawyer and regularly advises on corporate law and has assisted several foreign entities in establishing their India presence. She advises clients on general corporate matters, cross border transactions including exchange control matters, corporate documentation, entry strategies, formation of companies and joint venture companies, and conducting due diligence.
Her corporate practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, JVs, private equity, and a full range of corporate transactions.
Her skill sets include a deep transactional understanding as well as significant industry expertise across industries as diverse as insurance, education, and hospitality.
