Satyasrikant (Srikant) is a Senior Associate based in the Mumbai office of Khaitan Legal Associates and is a part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Advisory team.

Satyasrikant is a law graduate from the University of Mumbai and has advised and represented domestic as well as foreign clients in a wide range of commercial disputes and criminal litigation. As part of the Disputes Resolution team at Khaitan Legal Associates, Srikant has represented corporate clientele from a range of sectors, from construction companies to media houses. He is experienced in litigation before various fora including High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals as well as District Courts. Srikant is also part of the arbitration and insolvency practice of Khaitan Legal Associates, representing various banks, financial institutions as well as corporate and individual debtors.
