Sanampreet is a Senior Associate based in the Delhi office and is part of the Disputes’ and Advisory team of Khaitan Legal Associates.
Sanampreet did his post-graduation (LL.M.) in Business Laws from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. With his experience in the space of commercial litigation, Sanampreet has an exposure on disputes relating to insolvency laws, arbitrations, infrastructure projects, electricity, intellectual property, and other commercial contracts.
He has advised and represented both domestic and international clients, before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, and other subordinate courts.
