KLA collaborated with Pankaj Kapoor from Quadraant Legal, a law firm which specializes in the practice of Maritime and Admiralty matters.

Pankaj is an Ex-Ship Captain turned Lawyer. He is qualified as a Master Mariner having professional qualification in Maritime Law and is the Managing Partner of Quadraant Legal. In addition to his legal practice, he is an Ex-Member of the NITI Aayog (Planning Commission of India) for drafting “National Maritime Policy” and Member High powered Committee constituted by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

He is on the board of advisors for India’s first International Maritime Arbitration Centre GIMAC. Pankaj also has a wide experience in audits and surveys.
