Kinjal is an Associate Partner based out of the Mumbai office of Khaitan Legal Associates.
Kinjal is part of the Corporate Team and has dealt with a variety of domestic and cross border advisory matters and transactions, including collaborations, joint venture arrangements, investments – majority and minority stakes, other general corporate and commercial arrangements and also deals with employment laws and contracts.
Kinjal has also been awarded a master’s degree in international Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham (UK), specializing in Investment Law, Intellectual Property Laws, Corporate Insolvency Law, Laws relating to Sale of Goods and Banking Regulations.
