Arushi is a Senior Associate based in the Delhi Office and is part of the Corporate Team of Khaitan Legal Associates.

Arushi is a part of the Insurance team and handles regulatory, claims, coverage, and corporate matters. She regularly advises insurance companies and intermediaries on various aspects of Indian law. Coupled with her litigation experience, Arushi is well equipped to deal with complex claims and coverage issues. Arushi has rich experience in liaising with sectoral regulators for facilitating corporate transactions.

Arushi is a co-author of the Book, “Time for Bharat”, a researched conversation on governance.
