Dhiraj heads the Dispute Resolution practice of Khaitan Legal Associates and is based out of the Mumbai office of the firm. In his experience of over 15 years, Dhiraj has spearheaded a broad spectrum of disputes.

Dhiraj has been a part of several litigations and arbitrations for foreign and domestic clients arising out of the entire spectrum of commercial transactions including EPC contracts, shareholders disputes, financing arrangements, employment, joint ventures, insurance and execution of foreign awards and decrees. Dhiraj’s experience stretches across several domestic Tribunals, High Courts, Supreme Court and International Tribunals and Courts.
Dhiraj has been at the forefront of notable insolvencies in India and has been a part of various landmark judgments. From Resolution Professionals to Financial Creditors, Debtors and Guarantors, Dhiraj has advised on the entire gamut of issues involving Insolvency.
Over the years, Dhiraj has advised prominent media houses, music labels and businesses on copyright and trademark infringement, compulsory and statutory licensing, assignment of trademarks and copyright in music titles.
